This is our response:
- OCC’s announcement is disingenuous and misleading. The Collaboration Agreement is in fact not fit for purpose and provides no effective
assurances on anything at all
- OCC has betrayed the local communities in Kidlington, North Oxford and the wider area
- Subtle wording changes have completely changed the outcome on key areas such as road closures, parking, community facilities, and more
- The Collaboration Agreement: contains no sanctions for OUFC if it fails to comply; allows obligations to be changed; and even allows for
termination of the agreement
- OCC’s main priority seems to be reducing its future input
- We are at a loss to understand why County Councillor Dan Levy has agreed to this. By doing so he has failed us all
