Consider if the proposed community benefits could be provided without the involvement of OUFC or without building a stadium in the area

• Oxfordshire’s level of unemployment is below the national rate.  We don’t need a stadium on Green Belt to boost jobs.
  
  
• Businesses in Kidlington are already struggling to fill vacancies.
  
  
• Construction jobs will probably be filled from outside the area.
  
  
• Will the new stadium really directly support a further 340 full-time jobs or is this pie-in-the-sky?
  
  
• This isn’t developing local employment, it’s just moving it from one area to another, arguably from an area which is in greater need of employment opportunities.
